Now with contact linking — save a friend's place and pull their address straight from your address book. Plus region alerts that tell you when you arrive.
Every place worth remembering, kept in one book.
LocationBook turns any spot on the map into something you can save,
find again, and hand to someone else. Drop a pin at a trailhead, a
friend's flat, a parking space, a viewpoint — and keep its exact
coordinates, its address, and a way to share it.
SAVE ANY PLACE
Double-tap the map, tap a point of interest, or search by name. Every
saved place keeps its exact latitude and longitude alongside a readable
address you can copy with one tap.
SHARE THE WAY
Generate a QR code that opens the spot in Maps on any phone — no app
required at the other end. Or send a route link through chat, mail, or
notes.
KNOW WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Mark a region around any saved place and get a notification when you
enter or leave it. Set the radius, choose whether it fires on arrival
or departure, and add a note to remind yourself why.
SAVE A FRIEND'S PLACE
Link a contact to any location, and pull their address straight in from
your address book. Find their place again by their name.
YOUR PLACES, ORGANISED
Saved locations live in an alphabetical list with an A-Z index down the
side — the same way your contacts work. Search by name, by address, or
by coordinates.
BUILT FOR THE MAP
Choose standard, hybrid, or satellite. Switch between kilometres and
miles. A cartographic palette designed for both light and dark mode,
so it reads at noon and at midnight.
