Key improvements:
- Consistent Ordering: Time slots are now sorted numerically by their start time (e.g., 15:00 before 19:00) rather than appearing in a random order.
- Robust Parsing: The sorting logic correctly handles various time formats (HH:mm) by comparing hours and minutes separately.
- Verification: Added a console log in BookingScreen.dart (Sorted X time slots) so you can verify the order in the console as requested.
The time slots will now appear in proper chronological order (e.g., 15-16, 16-17, 19-20, 20-21, 21-22) across the entire application.
