For Dementia Patients:
-Memory Carousel
The Memory Carousel gives patients an interactive way to recollect memories. They explore by tapping and scrolling. Details, images, and Audio Immersion help piece together moments and strengthen recall. Unlike a video, the Memory Carousel encourages active engagement- like rebuilding a puzzle. Text-to-speech supports patients who have trouble reading.
-Relative Recollection
Part of the Memory Carousel, Relative Recollection focuses on the patient's added loved ones. Featured photos appear in a scrollable gallery, helping patients reconnect with familiar faces.
-Portrait Mode
Portrait Mode turns the Memory Carousel into a passive digital picture frame. Memories display automatically like a gentle slideshow for bedside/ tabletop use.
-Patient View
The Patient View is a locked screen that only shows memories, relatives, and the Memory Carousel, keeping other medical features restricted behind a custom PIN. Patients can choose light or dark mode for comfort.
-Relative Profile Cards
A stack of contact cards that patients can flip through and view their added relatives. Tapping a card opens the relative's profile with photos and contact info. Calls can be made directly from this screen, if enabled.

ACCOUNT TYPES
- Primary Accounts: Use Recollect for yourself or manage care as the primary caregiver for your loved one
- Caregiver Accounts: Connect with multiple primary accounts to support care (ideal for both family and professional caregivers)
- Recollect ID (R-ID): Each account now includes a unique ID used to securely connect caregivers and primary accounts
- Primary accounts can view and manage all connected caregivers
NEW MEDICATION TRACKING
- Medication tracking has been completely rebuilt for greater flexibility, accuracy, and ease of use
- Add fully customizable doses to support complex medication schedules
- Improved medication records with more detailed and reliable history tracking
- Track who marked doses as taken, missed, or updated notes for full accountability

- New centralized activity feed that logs all actions across the app
- Automatically records events such as additions, edits, deletions, dose updates, and status changes
