Promising future for this app

Overall the app is well made. The design, UI, and overall look of it is simplistic but attractive. I know that things are just rolling out, but I wish things would have released with more content. To get through the first 2 sections and then be locked out was really disheartening, as I’m already a fairly competent player and was looking more for advanced skills than rudimentary “click all the Spades” type content.Also, the initial “hint/advice” in the speech bubble under the goal of the objective should be able to be hidden. It gives away too much when you’re trying to solve on your own. ie: One said directly “Two checks. Bet small for Thing Value” and then the options were to Check Back or Bet Small. It takes no thought if you tell me just above to bet small.I may end up deleting, but I hope when I come back it’s more full fledged, because I honestly think I would use it every day. I think it could be that good.

Nice breakdown - thanks for taking the time.We hear you: competent players should be able to get to tougher spots faster, and hints should not give away the line before you think it through.We're improving both so you can put in reps without the app playing the hand for you.

Poker skill is a very clean, and simple looking app for start, it’s got a fun daily puzzle and a challenge tree that actually teaches (even beginners) the basics to not just poker but the cards too regarding suits and the meaning of each card. If you’re serious about getting into poker I would say there is no better place to start than right here, and just to add the icing on the cake their instagram page is always available with questions and they’re very friendly and pretty timely with responses. So what are you waiting for? If you’re trying to learn how to play poker, take the leap. This is your way.

Finally, a poker app that’s clean, quick, and intuitive. It’s easy to use and simple to navigate — but don’t let that fool you. The questions can get seriously challenging, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It doesn’t eat up your time, either. Whenever I’ve got a few minutes, I can jump in, knock out a few lessons, get those reps in, and actually learn. It’s the first time I’ve felt real progress in my Texas Hold’em knowledge. This is the app for me.

Finally, a poker app that’s clean, quick, and intuitive. It’s easy to use and simple to navigate — but don’t let that fool you. The questions can get seriously challenging, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It doesn’t eat up your time, either. Whenever I’ve got a few minutes, I can jump in, knock out a few lessons, get those reps in, and actually learn. It’s the first time I’ve felt real progress in my Texas Hold’em knowledge. This is the app for me.

Just saw an ad for this on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. So far it’s been pretty basic as far as the “drills” you do along the path. The puzzles are a nice way of making you think about the “right way” to play the hand. Not sure how long it takes to get more energy on the free option but other than that I’m enjoying it so far. Allows me to spent 10-15 minutes a few times a day sharpening my skills.
