Nik’s approach to helping golfers at many different levels is detailed, but simple and easy to follow. His well instructed videos for each exercise leaves little room for misunderstanding of what you need to accomplish and how to accomplish it and how to adjust. Also, having the ability to track nutrition, along with being able to take photos of your meal packaging (in comparison to other apps like MyFitnessPal that only tracks food, you have to pay for that feature) makes hitting macros a breeze. Can’t wait for the updates and new programs/exercises being added in the future.

I’ve tried so many training apps and most of them focus only on building muscle, but not on movement. They often times don’t address mobility and strength and stability in different directions. This app has everything you could need from comprehensive workout plans that improve coordination, stability, mobility, strength as well as drills that will help you on the range. Would 100% recommend this app to any golfer serious about improving and even for any athlete that’s serious about improving performance.

I absolutely love this app. I’d been looking for a golf app that showed me how to properly exercise for my golf swing and Nik does not disappoint. After just a week of following his anti-slice programming I’m already hitting the ball better and drawing the ball. Nik’s instructions are clear and concise. He clearly knows what he’s doing but he also has a talent to clearly explain how to do the moment and what you should be feeling when doing the movements. I will definitely keep using this app!
