This update makes iCaelum steadier: • Clearer messages when something can't be loaded: plain explanations, such as "No internet connection", instead of technical error codes. • More reliable loading when several forecasts load at the same time. • Fixes a case where forecasts could stop loading after restoring a backup onto a new iPhone or iPad.

This update makes iCaelum more dependable: • If the App Store can't be reached, customers with Full Access keep using the app. When access can't be confirmed, a clear screen offers Try Again and Restore Purchases. • Forecasts keep loading even when a background security check is briefly unavailable. • The wind map always shows the wind for where you stop panning, and Panoramic View no longer shows wind for an area you've already moved away from. • More reliable forecast loading.

This urgent update fixes an issue in version 2.0.3 that could prevent Full Access verification and leave customers unable to continue past the unlock screen. It restores purchase and paid-download verification, improves StoreKit connection error handling, and reduces unnecessary weather requests while moving the wind map.

Full Access is now available as a one-time purchase for existing users. Customers who pay to download iCaelum are unlocked automatically and will never be charged twice. This release also adds secure Apple App Attest protection for iCaelum services and purchase restoration across your Apple devices.

iCaelum 2.0 is a complete redesign. Upcoming Eclipses has been rebuilt around a proper astronomical calculation. • Eclipse times are now computed for your exact location rather than estimated, and the timeline always reads correctly from start through maximum to end. Before, an eclipse that set below the horizon partway through could show the same time for both maximum and end. • Each eclipse card shows more of what is actually happening: the umbral phase of a lunar eclipse, the totality or annularity window of a solar one, the hours the Sun or Moon is above your horizon, and — when the deepest phase falls after it has set — the best moment you can still see. • Descriptions now explain what the eclipse looks like from where you are, including when it is grander elsewhere along its track. • Fixed the pollen peak countdown showing "in 0 days" for a peak due tomorrow.

Upcoming Eclipses — corrected times Eclipse times are now calculated on your device for your exact location, rather than being fetched as worldwide times. Previously the app could show when an eclipse begins somewhere on Earth instead of when it begins where you are — a difference of several hours. For Copenhagen, the 12 August 2026 solar eclipse now correctly reads 19:10 to 20:52 instead of 15:35 to 17:55. Eclipse cards also tell you more: • How much of the Sun or Moon is covered, and how high it sits above your horizon at maximum • The exact window of totality or annularity, with its duration, when your location falls inside the path • A clear note when the Sun or Moon rises or sets partway through, so the listed start or end time is never mistaken for first or last contact • Eclipses that are not visible from where you are now say so plainly Forecasts — fixed disappearing data Fixed a bug where returning to the app after a long time away could leave the forecast scrolled off the top of the screen, with the data out of view until you left the Forecasts screen and came back. Forecasts now also scroll as a single smooth list.

Beach Lover's SunbathingCalculator was seeded with a hardcoded Danish coordinate and its updateLocation(_:) was never called, so the Daily UV Index, current UV, optimal-tanning slots and the UV API fetch all ran at the Danish location regardless of the device's actual position.
