Now with widgets. A Greek or Hebrew word each day, the verse it comes from, your prayers and your fast all either on your Home or Lock Screen, without opening the app.
Grace Journal is a FREE spiritual growth app for staying consistent in your faith. Take sermon notes you'll actually revisit, write prayers, practice gratitude, and go deeper in the Word all in one place.
Everything inside is built around one word: GRACE.
REFLECTION — Your note-taking space
Write down what stands out to you. The sermon that convicted you. The verse that hit different. What you're actually going to do differently. Because a note you come back to on Wednesday is worth more than ten sermons you forgot by Sunday night. Reflection isn't just about taking notes, it's about reviewing them, applying them, and letting what God spoke change something.
GRATITUDE & GRACE MAP — Slow down and notice
We live in a world constantly pushing us toward more. Gratitude is a way to step away from the noise, take a breath, and write down what God has blessed you with. Every blessing becomes a point of node on your Grace Map, a picture of where God is moving in your life. The more you notice something, the bigger it grows. It's a mirror for your testimony.
PRAYER — Pray with the Word behind you
There's power in prayer, in declaring Scripture, and in speaking life over yourself. This space isn't about having the perfect words. It's about showing up, being honest with God, and standing on His Word.
GRACEAI — A signpost, not a shepherd
GraceAI doesn't write your prayers or your gratitude for you. It removes the friction. When you're praying through something, it surfaces Scriptures you can stand on and declare. It also offers Cross References, Thematic Verses, Context & Commentary, and Word Studies into the original languages. Most of what GraceAI returns is Scripture, we point you to the Word, not opinions.
BUILT FOR CONSISTENCY
The hardest part of the Christian walk isn't understanding the Word, it's consistency. Consistent reading, prayer, gratitude, and follow-through. That's what Grace Journal is here for.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Everyone. Whether you're just finding your faith, returning after walking away, or wanting to reignite a fire that faded, whatever season you're in, Grace Journal is for you.
And it's completely free. We're here for the impact to help you.
Understand His Grace. Grow in His Grace. Work in His Grace.
I love the app so much! The features are great, and I think it is a really cool idea. I will give it a 10 out of 10, and I can't wait to see what you guys do in the future.I know you are just starting out, so it will take time to add new features. I hope all of this feedback is helpful and not offensive. Here are a few feature ideas and suggestions I wanted to share:1. Text Formatting & Styling:(a) Custom Text Colors: It would be cool if we had a multicolor picker so we could change the text to whatever custom color we want.(b) Dedicated Centering Button: Right now, to center text, we have to click on the "A" text menu first. Centering should be its own dedicated, easily accessible button.(c) Formatting Bar Improvements: The formatting bar (with text, highlighting, and colors) feels a bit stuck on one side. It would be great if we could move or dismiss it easily. Currently, if you center text, the formatting bar stays stuck there, and you have to close the note and reopen it to reset it to its original state.(d) Highlight Colors: Add the ability to change the actual color of the highlighting.2. Audio & Dictation:(a) Voice-to-Text: An audio button would be amazing for times when we can't type fast (like when listening to a sermon in church). It could record the audio and type it out for us.(b) Sermon Recording & Editing: The app could record the sermon, generate a transcript, and then let us edit the text to make it our own.(c) Accurate Transcription: Make sure the transcription engine is highly accurate.3. Customization & Display:(a) Display Themes: It would be cool to change the display lighting of the app—not just light and dark modes, but also changing the actual theme colors.4. Progress Tracking:(a) Progress Page: A dedicated page to track our writing progress. It could feature a cool circular progress tracker showing the percentage of how often we are typing our notes.5. Subscriptions & Pricing:(a) Keep Costs Low: I hope you don't have to use a subscription model, but if you do, please keep the price affordable. Avoid expensive short-term pricing like $2 a week. Instead, aim for something like $9 or $10 for a month or two so it is easy for people to pay. This will help the app get more exposure.6. Marketing:(a) Social Media: You should post about the app on social media to get more engagement and bring more people in.Overall, I think you have a really cool app, and I love using it!
