ON DUTY AND OFF DUTY
• One duty control, from Home or your Profile. Start your shift and the app
tracks your route in the background; end it and tracking stops.
• Your distance covered now comes from the server, for the day and the week,
and follows the date filter — so it matches what the lab sees.
• Tap the duty pill to go off duty for the rest of the day.
• Your trail is buffered on the device, so points captured with no signal are
sent once you are back in coverage instead of being lost.
NAVIGATION
• An in-app map to the patient with a live route, follow mode, and the
patient's card on the pin.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
• Collect payment at registration, using your lab's own payment methods rather
than a fixed three, and attach a transaction photo as proof.
• The bill summary shows the total, what has been paid, and what is still due.
• View, send, download, or share the bill and receipt.
• When Bill & Register is not available yet, tapping it now tells you what is
missing instead of doing nothing.
PHOTOS AND COLLECTION
• Camera-first uploads, up to 12 sample photos, and photos shown full width.
• When your lab has photo-location stamping switched on, the collection
location and time are burned into the photo automatically.
• Links in a booking's instructions are now tappable.
PATIENT UPDATES
• Send the patient a live tracking link so they can follow you on the way.
