Work anywhere, even without a network connection.
OFFLINE MODE
• Keep working on the show floor or in the showroom with no network. The app keeps its own copy of your data and syncs when you're back online.
• Choose Online, Offline or Auto connection mode in Settings.
• Download your offline data with a progress bar, and pause, resume or stop at any time. Later updates download only what has changed.
• Sign in without a network on a device you've signed in on before (up to 30 days).
SALES ORDERS
• Create, edit, duplicate and delete sales orders offline.
• Capture customer signatures offline. They are sent to the ERP with the order.
• Upload one order or all pending orders at once, and see each order's sync status on the list.
• The customer and store fields now show the shipping address.
CUSTOMERS, PRODUCTS AND SCANNING
• Create and edit customers and stores offline.
• Look up styles, colors, inventory, prices and product images offline.
• Scan barcodes offline, with continuous scanning in Style Lookup.
• Look up ZIP codes offline.
IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES
• You're warned before signing out if any offline data hasn't been sent yet.
• Fixed order totals showing as 0 in offline mode.
• Fixed duplicate customer records.
• Fixed the app closing on launch on iOS 27.
