Chair Wellness is an all-in-one app designed to help anyone build a healthier lifestyle through gentle movement, mindful habits, and daily self-care. Whether you’re a senior, a beginner, or simply looking for low-impact routines, the app makes wellness simple, accessible, and enjoyable.
Chair Wellness offers a full library of guided chair yoga exercises that support mobility, strength, and flexibility without strain. Paired with our AI Yoga Assistant, users receive personalized guidance, posture reminders, and step-by-step support for every session.
Healthy living extends beyond movement, so the app includes a daily food log, custom meal planning tools, and a sleep tracker designed to improve nighttime habits. Users can also reflect on their emotions with the built-in mood tracker and keep their day organized with the calendar planner and daily notes section.
To support mental clarity, Chair Wellness features a Brain Boost hub with gentle cognitive games designed to sharpen memory, focus, and pattern recognition. The meditation library offers a variety of guided practices that help users relax, breathe deeply, and reset throughout the day.
With the My Progress dashboard, users can track total meditation time, game scores, mood patterns, logged meals, and overall wellness habits all in one place. To keep motivation high, the app also introduces collectible Badges, rewarding users for milestones, consistency, and personal achievements.
Chair Wellness brings together physical, mental, and emotional wellness into one easy-to-use platform, helping you build a calmer, stronger, and more balanced you.
In version 1.3, we’ve added several exciting new features:
1. Wellness Program – A new collection of 25 specialized exercises designed to support overall health, mobility, and well-being, each with clear, guided instructions. The app now includes 50 exercises!
2. New Meditation Sessions – Five new meditation techniques (Counting, Candle/Gaze, Grounding, Progressive, and Mantra), each with an interactive page that moves at the user’s pace. The app now includes 11 total meditation sessions, each varying from 5 minutes to 45 minutes!
3. New Brain Boost Game: Color Path – Watch a sequence of colors and repeat it to strengthen pattern recognition and memory skills.
4. My Progress Tab – Track your total meditation minutes, number of log entries, highest scores across all brain boost games (Memory Game, Unscramble, and Color Path), and total messages sent to our AI Chat Bot.
5. New Badge System – Collect up to 15 unique badges as you build healthy habits and stay consistent! Be the first to collect all 15!
