Tobewell
Daily practices
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Modern minds are overstimulated.
Clarity requires daily structure.
Tobewell is a quiet space you return to — once a day, or one challenge at a time.
What it is:
One daily practice, five minutes a day
A library of guided challenges — discipline, focus, confidence, calm
Build your own challenge, at your own pace
Widgets that keep the practice one glance away
Private reflection, saved only to your device
What it's not:
Not social.
Not therapy.
Not productivity hacking.
Just practice.
Discipline grows through repetition.
Your journal entries, reflections, and custom challenges never leave your device.

Tobewell is growing.
Challenges — a full library of guided challenges beyond the original daily practice: discipline, focus, confidence, calm, and more.
Build your own — create a custom challenge, your own days, your own tasks. Saved only to your device.
See what you're building — every challenge now shows what it actually improves, at a glance.
Widgets — your active challenge, home screen and lock screen, always one glance away.
A better first five minutes — onboarding now shows you what Tobewell actually does, and points you toward the right challenge to start with.
Smaller fixes: onboarding no longer repeats itself, challenge days unlock properly one at a time, and a handful of stability fixes under the hood.
Just practice. Discipline grows through repetition.
