ComeTogether Scanner is the official check-in app for events that sell tickets through ComeTogether. Organizers and their staff use it at the entrance to validate tickets and products quickly and reliably, even when the connection drops.
SCAN TICKETS IN SECONDS
• Scan ticket QR codes with the phone camera, or use a hardware scanner
• Enter a ticket code manually when a QR can't be read
• Clear result on every scan: valid, already scanned (with the time), wrong event, wrong ticket type, refunded or listed for resale
• Supports dynamic QR codes for extra protection against copied tickets
WORKS OFFLINE
• Tickets for your events are kept on the device, so scanning continues without internet
• Scans sync automatically as soon as the connection is back, across every device at the gate
BUILT FOR REAL EVENTS
• Work on several events at once and choose which ticket categories to admit
• Group scan: admit everyone from the same order with a single scan
• Season tickets and Multi-Day ticket bundles
• Re-entry and multi-entry ticket types
PRODUCTS AND PACKAGES
• Scan purchased products such as drink packages, merchandise or add-ons
• Pick product and variant before scanning, or scan the ticket first and choose what to redeem
• See exactly which product and variant was redeemed on every scan
LIVE EVENT INFO
• Scanned and remaining tickets and products per category, updated live
• Venue, date and sync status at a glance for every event
Sign in with the email that has scanning access on ComeTogether, or with Apple or Google or Facebook. Available in English and Greek.
