GastroBlue Check APP, Türkiye'nin tescilli gıda güvenliği takip sistemidir. Konaklama ve yiyecek-içecek (HORECA) işletmeleri için uçtan uca dijital gıda güvenliği çözümü sunar. ISO 22000, HACCP ve BRCGS gerekliliklerine uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Uygulama, mal kabulden başlayan süreci ürünün hayat döngüsü tamamlanana kadar kesintisiz izler. Her aşamada oluşan veriler anlık olarak kaydedilir ve çevrimiçi raporlanır. Böylece gıda güvenliği süreçleri, denetime hazır ve izlenebilir bir veri altyapısı üzerinde yönetilir.
Sıcaklık ölçümleri Bluetooth termometre entegrasyonu ile doğrudan uygulamaya aktarılır. Kayıtlar dijital ortamda tutularak sürecin standart ve tutarlı biçimde belgelenmesi sağlanır.
Türkçe ve İngilizce dil seçenekleriyle dünyanın her yerinde kullanılabilir.
