EST Connect currently supports messaging via paging, SMS, and email. In addition, there is an EST on-call calendar lookup by assignment group, application, and facility with the ability to directly page, email, or text the currently selected on-call person. For management and leadership, there is an ASM on-call utility that allows the generation of a properly formatted ASM Outage email and the tracking of currently open service interruptions.

In our journey from the Information Systems Division to Enterprise Solutions & Technology, I'm happy to announce that our on-call companion mobile app has evolved into EST Connect. EST Connect will continue to offer the same great features, allowing EST users to perform key on-call activities while away from the network, including viewing the on-call calendar, paging, texting and emailing other EST users with on-call issues.
