1. Advanced Walkie-Talkie Communication
Talky offers advanced walkie-talkie communication with a responsive Push-to-Talk system, complete with customizable haptic feedback and crystal-clear low-latency audio. It is compatible with AirPods, Bluetooth devices, and speakerphones, and features a one-handed optimized interface. It also works in the background and supports voice notifications even when the screen is off, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted communication.
2. Integrated Global FM Radio
Talky includes a global FM radio that lets you listen to thousands of stations from around the world with preconfigured frequencies and realistic audio. It supports M3U streaming, works in the background, and allows for fast station switching with intelligent interruption management.
3. Direct Connection Without Internet
Talky enables direct device-to-device connection without internet, using secure and encrypted peer-to-peer technology. Nearby devices are automatically discovered, with support for up to eight simultaneous connections. The interface features an interactive radar with estimated distance and sonar-style animations, while the system autonomously handles reconnections and continuously monitors stability via a heartbeat mechanism.
4. Smart Notifications and Localization
Talky handles notifications intelligently, alerting users in real time about new messages and connections, even when the screen is locked. The app is fully localized in Italian, English, and Spanish, with native translations and automatic adaptation to the system language. It includes an effective anti-spam system and advanced permission management to ensure a smooth, secure, and personalized experience in every use case.
