More now shows your backup status and when it last ran. Cases, clients and courts are one list. Each case carries its own client name, case number and court, and everything you add goes to the case you have open. Archive a finished matter to put it away, and archived cases do not count toward the free limit. Your plan, restore purchases and the subscription controls sit together in More, so changing or cancelling takes one tap. Cross examination, arguments and document summaries draft from your case chronology: the dated facts, which ones the other side disputes, the witnesses tied to each, and the documents that evidence them.

Your cases are backed up to your own private iCloud, not only synced between devices. Lose a phone and the matter comes back. Export your case data as a file you keep. One matter or every matter, as readable JSON with everything in it. Your work stays yours. Exported PDFs can carry a preparation notice, and anything the AI drafted is marked as AI assisted so a reader can tell your words from the model's. On by default, and there is a switch in More if you would rather your documents carry nothing. The user agreement now sets out plainly where your case data lives and exactly what the AI features send off the device, because that is a judgment you make rather than one an app makes for you.

CASE CHRONOLOGY Build the timeline of what happened, and tie each fact to the witness who can testify to it and the document that proves it. Each fact carries the date it happened, a one line summary, detail for quotes and page and line references, and whether the other side disputes it. Mark a fact disputed and it lands in its own filter, so the contested version of your case is one tap away. The chronology sorts by when things happened rather than when you typed them, searches across summaries, detail and issue tags, and exports as text straight into a brief or an email. It makes the AI work harder too. A cross examination generated against a dated chronology tied to named witnesses is a sharper cross examination than one generated from loose notes.
