This application is a native app that can be downloaded from both app stores by Field Staff (Interviewers and Supervisors). Using their credentials, the Field Staff will be able to log in to the Digital Survey Mobile Application to collect survey data on the field. The data can be captured both online and offline. When offline, the data will be stored locally in an encrypted mode. Once the device is back online, the Field Staff have the option to manually sync the survey responses to the TCS iON Cloud or it can be automatically sync at a specified frequency once network is available.
