uLuup is a goal app for people who quit and come back, where coming back is how you make progress.
Most goal apps count streaks. Miss a day and the number drops to zero, and so does the wish to open the app. uLuup is built on kintsugi, the Japanese craft of mending broken pottery with gold: the repair isn't hidden, it becomes the most beautiful part.
HOW IT WORKS
• Write what you want in one sentence: "read 12 books this year", "save for a trip to Japan", "stress less at work". uLuup turns it into a plan with small steps and a realistic date.
• Your goals live in this season's bowl.
• Miss a few days and a crack opens. Nothing you did is lost.
• Come back and do one step. The crack fills with gold.
• When the season ends, the bowl goes on your shelf, with its cracks and its gold.

WHY A BREAK RESETS NOTHING
Research shows the harder you are on yourself after a break, the longer the break gets (Wohl, Pychyl & Bennett, 2010). uLuup is built for the return, not for the perfect run.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Free: up to five goals at once and three new plans from a sentence.
Premium: as many goals and plans as you need, steps suggested when you're stuck, a smaller step when you come back, and a letter that tells the story of every season.
Premium is a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
PRIVACY
Your name, email and journal never go to the AI. Download or delete your data at any time, from the app.
