In the past, you could use their app without paying for a simple giveaway; now you’re forced to pay for a subscription just to run a giveaway. I think that’s ridiculous; it’s unbelievable how companies just want to keep charging money as if they weren’t making enough from ads. Terrible app- I don’t recommend it.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The mobile app now uses paid access for giveaways on Instagram, as shown on the App Store listing before download. On our website we offer a lifetime free plan and giveaways on more platforms. If something didn’t work after you paid, please contact us and we’ll help.
