Long story short; a large carpet purchased as a gift, arrived shrink wrapped into a small package. After 4 weeks of trying to remove the wrinkles (including doing what the company suggested ) the wrinkles remained and I was embarrassed to give as a gift. The carpet was never walked on and I requested a refund and was refused. Their refund policy states that they guarantee ‘customer satisfaction’. The reason they would not refund was due the fact that they ‘shipped the correct item’. BEWARE! They DO NOT stand behind their policies!! I will never recommend or purchased from this bogus company. My advice… shop elsewhere!!

Do not order from this company. You will never get your order. The company blames the busy season. All their tracking says is ‘it’s in the process’ but doesn’t say where the package is. Six weeks and I’m still waiting. Ridiculous. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It will probably be junk From China. Yikes.

Ordered 2 presents for my kids. Received confirmation emails that have tracking numbers that are unusable. Tried logging back in but the app has no purchase history. And any attempt to contact through the app just returns errors.1 shipment arrived today. No word on the second. Who the F did I give my credit card to?

I ordered a hoodie for my grandson WAY before Christmas. Said it would be here by December 15th. It’s now December 22, & I have yet to receive it. I’ve tried contacting them & of course, I’ve heard nothing back. The app & website gives you as little information as possible about your package.
