I really like using Swim Outlet for their products and ease of use in ordering, but 50% of the time they use FedEx to ship and the tracking is completely off. Swim Outlet will give an expected delivery date and the actually delivery date has been two weeks after that given date. I kept thinking my order was lost, then the chat help was not super helpful. Patience for the two week period proved the order was not lost but the info between Swim Outlet and FedEx was completely different. My sizing on the last order also wasn’t matching up and I needed to return and reorder. So kind of a bummer that I will need four weeks to use suits for a season that is only six weeks total.

BAD Adventures
App doesn’t sync the correct payment amount, when purchasing the membership with the order, the total shows nothing for shipping and then when finalizing the purchase it then shows $9.99 for shipping.Extremely poor programming, when the stock says 1 left and you go to add 1 to cart, it doesn’t allow you to as it says quantity is over the stocked amount.Please hire a programmer that actually tests their program before releasing it.
