The app has been rebuilt on the same foundations as the web app. Screens, certificates and data now match what your team sees on the web, offline mode covers the whole app, and several web-only tools are now on the phone. NEW - Scheduler: see the week's jobs on a calendar board (view only). - Job reports: open and share a job's issued reports. - Access control and guests: manage who can see what, and your client guests, from Settings. - Invite an external inspector: send an invite code from a job, and the inspector joins the right organization. - CertFID page builder: edit your organization's public CertFID page in the app. - Bulk tag writing: select up to 50 assets, write their tags one after another, and resume where you left off. - One-tap "Write Tag" on every asset page. - Unsynced work is protected: you can't sign out while work is waiting to sync. - Seamless updates: a short "Updating" screen at launch keeps everyone on the latest version. - List layouts: compact list, detailed cards or slim cards with photo previews. - Tutorials and a legal-acceptance step. IMPROVED - Offline mode: now covers the whole app, including certificates, pre-use checks, invites, announcements and Fiddle. Each organization you belong to syncs in turn, and opening the app with no signal no longer signs you out. - Sync status: a banner shows what's pending, what's syncing and what needs attention, replacing the hidden error queue. - Certificates: the same certificate document as the web, on every device. - Jobs: one jobs workspace with notes, live stats and a work queue that match the web, replacing two separate systems. - Assets register: the web's full filters (client, result, due date, tags, RFID, inspection status). Links into filtered lists open the exact view. - Maps: each site has an Apple Maps or Google Maps view with markers, a full-screen map and "Open in Maps", replacing the Location tab. - Sites and clients: full create and edit pages, from the Sites screen or straight from an asset. - Pre-use checks: start one from the asset page or by scanning its QR code. - Template builder: edits the same template as the web, logic and variants included. You can also create an inspection template or pre-use checklist while setting up a new asset type. - Fiddle (AI assistant): chat formatted the same as on the web, a daily brief, and reply links that open the right screen. - Security: sign-in is encrypted in the device keychain, the biometric lock covers links that open the app, and signing out clears saved tag-scan history. - QR scanner: redesigned, with a smoother hand-off from scanning a tag to opening the asset.
