Start Focus Lock from your Home Screen, without opening the app. • Focus Lock widget: Tap ▶ on your Home Screen to start Focus Lock right away. Switch presets with ⇄, and see the time remaining while it's on. The medium size also shows today's focus time in an hourly chart. You can find how to add it in Settings. • Focus Lock can now be set for up to 24 hours. The end time shows "today" or "tomorrow". • Minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

Focus Lock is now easier to look back on and keep going. • Focus Lock Records: your focus time is recorded automatically, and you can look back with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly charts. Open it from the top right of the Focus Lock screen. • Presets: save a lock duration and excluded apps under a name, and switch between them from "Lock Duration ▾" (up to 3 on the free plan). You can also choose a preset in the "Start Focus Lock" shortcut. • The start confirmation now shows how many excluded apps stay available. You can turn the confirmation back on anytime with "Confirm Before Focus Lock" in Settings. • Minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

A shield you can rely on more. • When you open a blocked app, the shield now shows how many times you unlocked it and how long you used it today. You can turn this off in Settings > Shield screen. • Shield customization (text, icon, background, and today's stats) is now free. • During cooldown or after hitting today's limit, you can no longer remove apps from the block list or turn off the limit. You can still add apps or change limits anytime. • Fixed an issue where cooldown sometimes didn't start after stopping a timer, if the app had been closed and reopened while the timer was running. • Minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

The shield is new. • When you open a blocked app, the shield now has two buttons: Close and Choose time. Close the app as is, or decide how long to use it. • On iOS 26.5 and later, tapping Choose time opens Zentime right away. No need to tap a notification. Notification permission is only needed if you want a reminder before the timer ends. • You can now customize the Close button text in Settings > Shield screen. • The customization preview now matches the shield design on iOS 26 and later. • The usage guide now shows the steps for your iOS version. • Minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
