YOUR DOG'S TAG
Every finished walk adds to your dog's tag: distance, walking time, streaks, personal bests, favorite walk times and the streets you walk most. Set daily and weekly distance goals for each dog and follow the progress.
SHARE YOUR DOG WITH THE FAMILY
Share a dog through iCloud, like a note or a reminders list. Everyone in the household sees every walk, and each walk shows who took it. No account to create. Your walks also sync across your own devices.
ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
Start, pause and finish walks from Apple Watch, see your heart rate and save walks to Apple Health. Follow the current walk with Live Activities, add widgets for your week, your pack, the next walk and the walking weather, and start a walk from Control Center, Siri or Shortcuts. Plan walks ahead with reminders and report hazards you encounter on your route.

PawTrail is free to download. Recording walks, today's progress, steps, widgets and Apple Watch are free. PawTrail Pro adds your dog's tag, the full walk history and routes, the weather outlook, walk planning and sharing your dog with the family. Pro is a one-time purchase: pay once and keep it forever, with no subscription. Auto-renewable subscription plans may also be offered. Available options and local prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The one-time purchase does not renew. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

I found this app one day when I went down a rabbit hole of trying to find the perfect dog walking tracking app and, I honestly really like this app. The interface is simple but pretty and the weather alerts are a cool perk. The biggest problem I have with this app right now is that I can’t use it. It freezes completely or gets stuck on the loading screen after hitting the finish button when you’re done a walk and that makes it unusable. If this issue could be resolved it would be fantastic!

The weather alerts you liked have grown too: PawTrail now learns when you usually walk, shows you the best time to head out, and gives you a heads-up when the weather at your walk time turns bad. Good app but needs improvement

I like the app and the whole idea of it, I think it’s great. The issue is that it completely freezes and I can’t navigate the app at all. I restart it and it works at times but then I click something and it completely freezes again making it completely useless. If this were to get fixed it’d be great.
