Like It, Don’t love it

I’m using this for some very important stuff, but it keeps acting up. Two nights ago it stopped recording the audio even though the volume meter was still registering and the app was still running. We’r not exactly sure how much material we lost. At other times it will randomly break a recording into two pieces of audio. The export function seems to stall and the app crashes after each export… obviously something weird is going on with this app. But, aside from these problems, I do happen to like the app...
Works, but too basic

If you want to simply make a recording from a mic or internal speakers, it works. It’s just too basic. There is no file menu. You can’t save-as/duplicate. You can’t create a new file if one is already open. You can’t even continue recording if you stop the recording and listen to it. It works like a very cheap digital recorder from the 1990s. Even an analog tape recorder is more advanced.

Hit record before class, keep taking notes in another app, and it carries on in the background. Files land in the list automatically and export to MP3 quickly. Would love external mic support, but for laptop-mic capture it does the job.
