Mac
A sketch pad that behaves like a note.
Squiggle opens a PencilKit canvas for quick drawings, diagrams, doodles, and handwritten ideas. Save each drawing as an organized note, preview it from a widget, and sync it through your private iCloud.
Squiggle was previously called Scribble.
KEY BENEFITS
• Apple Pencil and finger drawing with the native tool picker
• Undo, redo, clear, cancel, and save
• Home Screen drawing previews and quick launch
• Lock Screen latest-drawing shortcut
• Share a drawing, composite it with its background, or save it to Photos
• Folders, favorites, reminders, attachments, themes, and app lock
• iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac
• No subscription or in-app paywall
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a fresh canvas from the app or widget
2. Draw with PencilKit tools
3. Save, organize, and share the result
Squiggle does not include layers, vector export, or a dedicated drawing-to-PDF workflow.
Start the sketch before the idea disappears.
