I was a professional athlete for 12 years and during my career I have used many different workout apps.One of the biggest issues I had was tracking my exercises inside the apps. Almost always some exercises would be missing from the menu and there were no options to add custom ones. The other flaws were statistics or UI.But this app nailed it. It has one of the biggest list of exercises right of the shelf and they are well categorized, but the biggest thing is that you can make custom exercises and add them to the library with just few, easy to follow steps. Also the statistics is amazing, you can track each segment very well.Yes there are some features missing, but I am sure they will add them on the go.Huge recommendation to anyone that tracks exercise and progress consistently.
