Drop in a video and FrameFlow shows you a filmstrip of the whole thing. Drag the trim handles to select exactly the range you want — the preview shows the precise frame under your cursor as you drag, and arrow keys nudge a handle one frame at a time for perfect in and out points. Then pick a format, choose a folder, and extract.
