This update improves reliability, prevents lost recordings, and makes Scribble even easier for clinicians to use in real-world conditions. Every enhancement is focused on saving time and improving confidence during visits. - OASIS-ready Height Conversion: Scribble will now automatically convert height measurements for direct integration into your EMR, eliminating manual work. - Smarter Pause Notifications: Receive clear, visible notifications when a recording is paused, whether you’re in the app or your screen is locked, preventing missed pauses. - Banner notification when you are in the app. - Push notification if you’re outside the app or the screen is locked so you can resume quickly. - Updated Recording Buttons for Simplicity and Clarity: Redesigned recording controls reduce confusion and prevent accidental data loss. - The Restart Recording button has been removed. - The Resume button now uses a microphone icon, clearly indicating that tapping resumes recording. - A new flashing indicator shows when recording is active. - New Audio Detection Alerts: A highly requested clinician feature, Scribble will now alert you to check your audio input if it detects you speaking but no sound is being picked up (e.g., due to a muted microphone or background noise).

We have enhanced the recording workflow to prevent clinicians from losing work in low-connectivity environments when seeing patients in the field. Recordings are now stored locally (offline) on the iPhone in a secure, encrypted manner until they are successfully processed. When connectivity is unavailable, the app displays a clear message and a Retry Submission button. The conversation is stored with the visit until successful submission, ensuring reliability in real-world scenarios where network interruptions are common. We display the following messages: - During submission: “Upload in Progress” - If no internet is detected: “No internet connection detected. Please retry when you’re connected again.” (with a Retry submission button)
