The app does not work. When you install it, it looks like it does until you log in. Once you do, the app only shows a blank white screen and it keeps showing that no matter how many times you open or close the app. Don’t bother with the website version either, because it has a black screen with an application error. So this program is, at the moment, entirely dysfunctional and useless. Not the experience I want with a health insurance benefit.

This is an insult to the senior community. The app downloads. You can even possibly manage setting up an account to get ready to log into. Then nothing. Blank white screen. The app creators and investors should be ashamed of themselves. Advertising and marketing an app that DOES NOT WORK. Pocketing and profiting off of others without providing services! What’s meant to help others, HURTS OTHERS, wastes VALUABLE TIME and is downright insulting! FIX THE PROBLEM: THE WELLCARE SPENDABLES & REWARDS Mobile App! UNHELPFUL as of January 5, 2026!!

I’ve used several different healthcare apps over the years and the new WellCare Spendables app is by far the best ever! Everything I need is to know about my Spendables benefit is easy to find and use. The in-store scanner is great and really improves the shopping experience. So glad to have this.

It’s not letting me get pass of putting my information in. And the screen goes white.. I hope it can be fixed…. I’ve had other membership and never this problem.. As I see all the reviews the same thing is happening to me. Why give an app FOR it won’t work?????
