more - Widgets follow the language you pick in the app (English and Korean), including the widget gallery names and the habit picker. Weekday letters stay short so they don’t wrap, and counts sit correctly next to their units (for example “1/1 time”, and “1/1회” in Korean). The Daily journey uses the same spacing.
- Notification text follows the in-app language, with gentler wording. Changing the language rebuilds reminders that are still waiting.
- Starting or ending Vacation Mode rebuilds reminders right away. Days outside the vacation keep their reminders.
- A vacation that starts later no longer looks active today. It shows as Scheduled, habits stay editable, and cancelling it leaves your history alone.
- Finishing a habit in Detail Log celebrates the day and drops that habit’s reminder for today.
- Settings sub-screens use the same subtitle color as the rest of the app.
1.1.20 Oct 5
- Improved data handling to prevent personal and habit data from being accidentally lost or cleared.
- Profile photos now persist after reinstalling the app.
- Improved first-launch reliability for new installations.
- Fixed issues with habit goals, units, completion history, and progress syncing.
- Prevented editing a habit from unintentionally changing its start date.
- Fixed duplicate habit deletion from different entry points.
- Improved reminder creation, permissions, syncing, and notification reliability.
- Improved completion and reminder date handling for more consistent daily tracking.
- Improved Breaking Habits, including support for a limit of 0 and more accurate widget progress.
1.1.19 Sep 28
- Pause and resume habits properly: You can turn a habit Active/Inactive from Edit, and those changes show up in habit history. That’s a real workflow, not just a badge.
- Reminders come back when you turn a habit on: On Habit Detail, toggling Active off then on used to leave reminders at 0. They now reschedule, same as Save on the edit screen.
- English (US) and English (UK): Separate language options, UK spelling, and first launch follows the phone until you pick one. That’s the only new settings-level feature.
- Skip works with the keyboard on device: Skip was awkward when the keyboard was up. That’s a daily-use fix if you skip habits often.
1.1.18 Sep 21
- Daily Award XP stays after you delete a habit. The award now remembers which habits were scheduled when it was granted, so deleting one later cannot wipe XP you already earned.
- A wrong device clock no longer deletes completions on every launch. The future-date repair runs once, then stays gated so real logs are not wiped again.
- Habit Detail Log / + / − now writes real progress events through the Home path, so those changes persist instead of vanishing as records-only updates.
- Daily All-habits ring for breaking habits is pass/fail. Staying under the limit no longer drags the percent down as usage rises (for example 0 → 5 → 15).
- Current Streak is computed live on Home and Overview, so a frozen cache can no longer show 0 when the walk still has a streak.
- Replaced the dark-mode difficulty-sheet videos so the animation background matches the new bottom-sheet color.
- More, Progress, and completion sheets got remaining UI polish.
- App and widget versions both read 1.1.17, so the extension mismatch warning is gone.
1.1.17 Sep 19
- Vacation days now freeze on calendars and heatmaps, so paused days are easy to see
- Habit Detail confirms Active/Inactive and other edits in place, then closes after you make a habit inactive
- Creating habits is smoother: custom units open the keyboard right away, and pickers no longer leave the keyboard stuck on screen
- Daily and Progress look more consistent, with clearer off-schedule copy and reminder counts like “1 reminder”
1.1.16 Sep 17
- Vacation Mode: pause tracking for a set period without breaking your streaks
- New widgets: log today’s habits, see Habit Rings, and check your streak or progress from the Lock Screen
- More accurate progress: Home, Daily Progress, and widgets now stay in sync — including every-N-days and breaking habits
- Smarter reminders: skip vacation days and rest days, so you only get nudged when a habit is actually due
1.1.15 Sep 15
- About Us has the new illustrated layout and copy.
- Onboarding has Skip on the progress bar, and the welcome image is larger and a bit lower.
- Streak Mode uses two example habit cards so Full Completion vs Any Progress is clearer.
- Breaking-habit detail shows 0 min so far on one line, with more space between the ring and Log.
- Progress calendars no longer mark future breaking-habit days as complete.
- Difficulty Trends uses the new Difficulties stickers.
1.1.14 Sep 8
- Faster first-habit setup in new onboarding flow. Welcome now flows into your name, a starter habit, and hold-to-commit, then straight to Home.
- A real celebration at the end. Setup finishes on Home with a congratulations overlay, so your first habit is already waiting.
- Smarter new-habit colors. Each new habit picks the next unused palette color instead of always starting on the same blue.
- Clearer Lifetime paywall. If Lifetime is already active, other plans stay locked and you can’t switch away from it.
- Smaller polish. Habit Detail matches the rest of the chrome, create-habit only opens the keyboard the first time.
1.1.13 Sep 2
- Habit Breaking is now a daily limit. Stay under your ceiling instead of chasing a completion target.
- Clearer limit language. Breaking habits are labelled Daily limit, with copy like “Less than 30 min everyday.”
- Smarter progress ring. The ring shrinks as you log usage, then fills in red if you go over.
- Clearer status on Home and Details. See Limit reached at the ceiling, and a warning when you go over.
- Richer Habit Details. Type badges, a larger ring, usage remaining, and plus/minus buttons to log quickly.
- Simpler create and edit. Goal and Daily limit use the new stepper layout. The old Current / starting-number field is gone.
- New paywall. Navy design, reviews first, and a no-commitment line on the subscribe button.
- More control in Delete Data. Clear habits or XP separately instead of wiping everything at once.
- Smoother Home and Progress. Less unnecessary refreshing, and long streak calculations no longer freeze the Progress tab.
1.1.12 Sep 1
- The app now uses your phone’s time zone, so dates and weeks stay correct when you travel or change time zones
- Daily All-habits progress follows the day you tap, not always today
- Future days show what’s scheduled instead of looking like a missed day
- Rest-day text on Daily matches the day you selected
- Home and Progress show a Create habit button when you don’t have any habits yet
- Today’s Journey updates as soon as you log progress
- Habit colors save more reliably, and Save stays off until you actually pick a new color
- Smoother splash to Home, with no black flash in between
- Small visual polish on Progress chips, the create-habit calendar, and habit-row outlines
1.1.11 Aug 28
- Choose from 6 habit colors, including new green, coral, and pink
- Tap a Daily log to edit the time it was recorded
- Your name now updates on all your devices when you change it
- Birthday saves correctly, with a confirmation when it works
- Weekday goals are easier to read (for example, “every Mon, Tue, Thu”)
- Progress is counted more accurately and no longer doubles up
- Days you didn’t plan a habit still show faintly on monthly and yearly views, so the calendar doesn’t look empty
1.1.10 Aug 26
- Redesigned habit details into Today, Plan, and Settings so it’s easier to see what to do today versus how the habit is set up
- You can log difficulty the first time from habit details without moving the slider
- On Progress → Daily, Today’s Activity keeps the full timeline after you finish every habit for the day
- Completions now sync when you reopen the app, so progress shows up on your other devices without a full relaunch
- Delete All Data (including as a guest) and Delete Account now remove your data from the cloud, not only from this phone
- Sign out and delete-account actions use the same button style as the rest of Habitto
