APPLE INTELLIGENCE, BUILT IN
• Your week in words: a short, natural summary of your hours, overtime and estimated earnings.
• Type it instead of tapping: write "yesterday 9 to 5 at the café, 30 min lunch" and get a shift ready to check and save.
• A second look before you export: it points out shifts worth reviewing.
Apple Intelligence runs on your device or with Private Cloud Compute. Without it, every feature still works with the built-in calculation, and the app always tells you which one wrote the text.
YOUR SHIFT, LIVE
Start a shift and a Live Activity keeps the timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Close the app mid-shift and the clock keeps running. Widgets show your hours on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
TOTALS THAT MATCH YOUR PAYDAY
Hours by shift, day, week and pay period. Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly periods, with the start day you choose.
ESTIMATED EARNINGS AND OVERTIME
Set a default rate or a rate per job to see estimated earnings. Weekly overtime is flagged after the threshold you set (40 hours by default), with an optional California daily mode.
MORE THAN ONE JOB
Create jobs with their own rate and color, and assign shifts to them.
REPORTS, EXPORT AND YOUR TIME
A weekly chart of hours or earnings, CSV, PDF and plain-text exports with an overtime summary, and Explore Your Time: your week in 3D, a shift lab and short guides.
