My Ki is your daily sanctuary—an immersive meditation app inspired by Chamseon, the traditional Korean meditation practice that dates back to the 7th century. Guided by soothing voices and custom-composed ambient music, My Ki offers six simple yet powerful one-minute rituals that help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your present moment. No prior experience is needed. WHAT YOU GET • Six beautiful, one-minute Korean meditation rituals • Immersive video backgrounds and calming voice guidance • Peaceful ambient music custom – written by our musicians • A progress diary • Reminders – set up to 3 daily ritual notifications • 14-day free trial – cancel anytime THE SIX RITUALS Each ritual is rooted in ancient Korean Chamseon practices and has been designed for modern, busy lives: 1. Air – Breath awareness to anchor your mind 2. Vessel – Body awareness to ground your experience 3. Movement – Walking meditation for presence-in-motion 4. Compassion – Cultivate emotional well-being 5. Flow – Embrace impermanence and reduce attachment 6.
