KICK COUNTER & CONTRACTION TIMER
One big button, under your thumb. Log each kick and see when your baby moved across the count. Time each contraction and how far apart they are, with the last hour summed up for when you call. Both keep going if the phone locks.
These tools record what you feel; they do not check on your baby's health. If something seems wrong, call your doctor or midwife.
ULTRASOUND DIARY
Every scan in one place, in order, with the week it was taken. Add the measurements your doctor read out, write what you felt that day, and watch the gaps between visits close as the due date comes nearer. Turn any scan into a card you can send to family — the card carries the photo, the week and your note, and nothing else.
