Perchain: Import & Travel Cost
Real cost with tax, fees & FX
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Know what you'll really pay — chain tax, duty, card fees, and exchange rates to see the final cost of imports and travel purchases.
See the real cost of overseas purchases: chain item price, tax, duty, card fees, and exchange rates in order, then read the final amount in your currency.
Perchain is a step-by-step money chain calculator for real-world purchases and selling.
Use it when a normal calculator is too flat: add sales tax, add card fees, add shipping, then convert the result from one currency to another. Or estimate a marketplace payout after fees and delivery costs. Each step stays visible, so the calculation is easy to inspect and reuse.
Key features
- Add percentage, fixed amount, and rate steps
- Calculate each step from top to bottom
- Use currency-pair rate steps such as USD to JPY
- Start from templates for travel purchases, import totals, card fees, and marketplace payouts
- Add shipping costs and selling fees quickly (editable reference values)
- Save repeated chains as templates
- Save calculation history and export CSV
- Supports English and Japanese
How it works
1. Enter the starting amount and currency
2. Add tax, fee, shipping, discount, or exchange-rate steps
3. Review each intermediate amount and the final result
Preset fees and shipping costs are editable reference values as of their stated date. Please check current rates with your service.
Perchain does not provide live exchange rates or financial advice. It calculates from the values you enter and helps make multi-step money changes easier to understand.
