Dining Decisions Made Easier Spin the Wheel and Swipe to Pick now focus on dining items only, including your restaurant favorites and wish list items, so every spin and swipe helps you decide where to eat. Find Any Restaurant or Store, Anywhere The restaurant and store picker now includes a "Search Maps" option. Type any name to find places worldwide. This is great for planning ahead when visiting another city. Tap a result to add it with GPS coordinates already filled in. Recipe Scanner Point your camera at any recipe and Tasterly will capture and save it automatically. What Should I Cook? A new home screen card reads from your Recipes category and lets you spin the wheel or swipe to pick what to make tonight. New Drink and Recipe Details Beer, wine, spirits, and recipes now have cleaner detail cards with category-specific fields. Beer tracks style, ABV, IBU, brewery, and serving type. Wine tracks varietal, vintage, region, and tasting notes. Spirits track type, age, ABV, distillery, and cask details. Per-Deal Notification Control Each deal now has its own notification toggle. Keep reminders on for deals you care about and silence the ones you do not, without turning off all deal alerts. Smarter Category Picker The category selector is now a searchable list, making it much easier to manage larger collections. Find any category instantly or create a new one on the spot. Quick Add from Category View When viewing items in a specific category, you can now tap the plus button to add another item with that category already selected. Location Improvements The Nearby section now works correctly when location access is set to "Always Allow" as well as "While Using." Additional Improvements Editing a restaurant name now updates everywhere instantly, with no restart needed. Items added at a store with a category now appear correctly in the Anywhere tab. The Source picker for Dining, Stores, and Anywhere has been cleaned up with a simpler text-only design. Restaurants is now Dining We've renamed "Restaurants" to "Dining" throughout the app — a more inclusive label that covers everywhere you eat out, not just sit-down restaurants. Smarter Add Item Form When logging a Store or Dining item, the form now flows more naturally: enter your item name first, then optionally pick a category. Category stays out of the way until you need it. Consistent Detail View Item detail pages now display fields in the same order as the add form — what you see when viewing an item matches what you filled in.
