You can freeze it or block it in seconds through the app. It’s not linked to your bank account, so your money stays safe. Less hassle The app puts everything at your fingertips – your balance, PIN, and card details are all there, with no need to call up or wait. If it's your first time here, you'll need to register by tapping 'First time here? Sign up'. Just so you know, you'll need the following to hand: The 10-digit serial number found on the back of your card Access to the email account and mobile phone associated with your account If you're an existing user of the TUI Travel Money app (with the dark blue icon), you'll also need to follow the registration process above. Once installed, you can activate any cards required and top up ready for your holiday.
