Berani: Stop Bullying
Record it. Prove it. Get help.
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: just press and speak. Berani writes it down, shows what the Tribunal needs and prepares Borang 1 for the official portal. Free and private.
Being bullied is not your fault, and you do not have to face it alone. Berani helps students in Malaysia and their parents say what happened and take it to the right place: the school's anti-bully committee and the Tribunal for Anti-bully.
PRESS AND SPEAK
• Tap the big button and say what happened, in Bahasa Melayu or English. Or type, if you prefer.
• Berani turns your voice into text, sorts it into when, where, what, who did it and who saw it, and asks only for what is missing.
• Your recording is deleted as soon as it becomes text.
READY FOR THE TRIBUNAL
• See at a glance what the Tribunal will need, and add screenshots as proof.
• One clear next step. If it happened at school, Berani writes your message to the school's anti-bully committee and helps you with Lampiran A.
• Berani fills in Borang 1 for you, in Bahasa Melayu or English, ready to copy into e-TAB on the official portal tab.bheuu.gov.my or to save as a PDF.
ANSWERS FROM THE AUTHORITIES
• Berani does not give legal advice. Questions about the Tribunal go to BAYU, the Tribunal's own assistant, in one tap.
• WhatsApp Talian Kasih or the Ministry of Education bullying line in one tap.
• Tanya Kami and the Tribunal's phone line for questions about your own case.
SAFETY FIRST
• 999, Talian Kasih and Befrienders are always one tap away.
• If you mention danger or hurting yourself, Berani shows help straight away.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no tracking.
• Your record stays on your phone.
• Voice, text and screenshots are sent only when you choose, and our server does not keep them.
• Your IC number and home address are never saved.
Berani is an independent app. It is not run by the government, the Tribunal, a school or the police, and it is not legal advice. In danger now? Call 999.

Simpler and faster. Press the big button and just speak: Berani writes it down, sorts it into what the Tribunal needs and asks only for what is missing. Berani then fills in Borang 1 for the official e-TAB portal and writes your message to the school. Questions now go straight to BAYU, the Tribunal's own assistant, or to official WhatsApp lines. The AI chat has been removed. Your saved records are kept.
