A true black background and neutral greys throughout, so the light you’re chasing stands out more.

• A cleaner Pro screen that shows what you get at a glance. • Your places stay where you scrolled them when you switch between Golden Hour, Blue Light and Night Sky. • Place names now line up with the rest of the screen. • Settings is lighter and tighter, and it follows your text size.

Now one price: unlock the whole week, unlimited places and widgets with a single payment. No subscription.

Small repairs to how Aurea reads. • The days past the ones Free scores now show one quiet grey row with a lock, instead of shaded dots that could be mistaken for a day with no good light. The widget's locked card matches. • Settings no longer waits in the tab you opened it from — leave for another light and you come back to the calendar. • The Pro sheet is quieter: fewer words, one clear button, and the small print moved to the foot of the screen.

Aurea Pro is now available to buy: the whole week scored, unlimited places, and widgets. Yearly, monthly, or once for good — the yearly comes with a free first week.

Aurea Pro: the whole week scored, unlimited places, and widgets. Free keeps three days and three places. Weather now from Apple Weather.

- A white dot marks the time now on today's row. - Widgets show the hours around now, bigger and moving with the clock, with the next light's time or how far off it is. - The calendar shows today and the next 7 days.

Widgets. Add Aurea to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see today's light without opening the app — golden hour, blue hour, or tonight's dark sky, whichever you check most. - Pick a place and a light for each widget, or leave them set to match the app - Small and medium sizes for the Home Screen; rectangular, circular, and inline for the Lock Screen - Updates itself through the day — no need to reopen the app

Blue hour is here. Switch between Golden hour and Blue hour right from the top of your calendar — same clean timeline, now for both kinds of light. Each mode gets its own accent color and its own weather-checked windows, so you always know which hours are worth showing up for.

Minor UI improvements and visual refinements to make the app feel cleaner and smoother.

Widget works without opening the app: The widget now updates on its own. It shows “Today’s Light” or “Tomorrow’s Light,” golden hour times, and quality at a glance—no need to open Goldr for it to refresh. Smarter “Today” and “Tomorrow”: After evening golden hour, the widget switches to “Tomorrow’s Light.” It switches back to “Today’s Light” about an hour before your location’s morning golden hour, so the label matches what matters for the day ahead. Fresh weather on the widget: When the widget refreshes, it uses up-to-date weather. If conditions change overnight (e.g. from clear to cloudy), the quality dots reflect the current forecast instead of yesterday’s conditions. Hourly updates: The widget’s “NOW” marker and timeline update every hour so the display stays in sync with the current time throughout the day.
