Honestly, the payment system is extremely frustrating. How can a delivery app have no alternative payment option for customers who don’t use Telebirr? In Ethiopia, where people use different banks and payment methods, making Telebirr the only option is a huge limitation. Please provide proper alternatives instead of forcing customers to have a specific payment platform just to place an order.

Thank you for the feedback. We completely understand the need for more payment options. With klik 2.0, we’ve integrated M-PESA and ArifPay, which will be available starting August 25, 2026.
