Guaranteed to make a kid run faster and jump higher. No but really. It started with subtle changes; more kudos on Strava, lacing with a runners knot, ditching Apple Watch. Then came the dramatic shifts. PTO spent volunteering at races for free future entries, 2” inseams and now an entire wardrobe consisting solely of Janji. The doctor tells me my condition will continue deteriorate until I find myself 17hrs into a race-walk that I guess people call ultra “running”. I’m rambling but I guess this is the goodbye to my former un-athletic self that I wish I had had the courage to farewell before I woke-up to find myself pudgy, middle-aged, and working in telesales. Thanks to Runstrong however, I’m now unstoppable.

This app has so many amazing features. From the exercise video library, to the ability to make notes about workouts, to the individualized training calendar. As a beginner runner this app has made starting my running journey simple and engaging. I especially love the support I get from the coaches. My running confidence has been boosted with this app!

I don’t see any other run app competing with this. Olympians, American Record holders, and high-level NCAA D1 coaches write all your workouts based on your experience. And you have access to the same plyometric and weight room workouts as the best runners in the world (overlooked aspect of training IMO). Gotta be the best running app out there.

This is brilliant! A complete program packed with vision, direction, support, and encouragement starting from before the first step all the way to my own customizable goals. It is confidence boosting to see there are plans laid out in front of me whatever path I choose to take.
