Core AI Feature Upgrades We've integrated breakthrough AI functionalities designed to save you time and extract instant value from your faxed documents. AI Summary: One-Tap Insight: For long faxes (e.g., medical reports, legal contracts, insurance claims), the AI instantly generates concise, accurate summaries, giving you the gist in seconds. Key Information Highlighting: Core nouns and crucial sentences in the summary are automatically highlighted for quick scanning and comprehension. AI Analysis & Insights: Key Data Extraction: Automatically identifies and pulls structured data like invoice numbers, monetary amounts, dates, patient IDs, or claim statuses, allowing for easy transfer to other systems. Intent Recognition: Intelligently determines the purpose of the fax (e.g., "Requires Signature," "Information Update," "Urgent Reply," or "Archive") to help you prioritize your work. Document Handling & Editing Enhancements The built-in document tools have been upgraded to provide a true all-in-one productivity center. Enhanced Built-in OCR Scanner: Ultra-High Accuracy: Incorporates the latest OCR model, improving recognition accuracy for both handwritten and low-quality faxed text.
