Pretty useful app. I tried a few similar tools before, but the accuracy was inconsistent and the workflow always felt more complicated than measuring things manually. I’ve now been using this one for about a month, and it’s easily the best option I’ve found. I also sent the team some feedback about the listing-description feature, and they added the change in the very next update. It’s rare to see feedback implemented that quickly.

Taking pictures of and measurements for clothing is probably the most time consuming task for me as a reseller. I started using Size AI in an effort to speed this process up. At first glance it seems like a great help. One quick picture and you have the pertinent sizes of your clothing item. Take a few pics of the tags and the app will write and fill in a fill description for you. On paper this all sounds great. However the app just isn’t accurate enough with its measurements. I got a message today from a potential buyer who wanted to confirm some of the measurements I shared for a 2XLB shirt. To say they were off, would be generous. The other issue it has is it’s not great at reading tags. I can’t tell you how many times the tag had the garment size and the app just couldn’t figure it out. I’m going to have to find another solution.

Hi, thank you for giving the app a real try and for the detailed follow-up a measurement that's badly off is exactly what we don't want you sending to a buyer, and I'm sorry that happened.Some context on accuracy: on a flat-lay capture (garment fully flat and smoothed out, phone roughly level above it), the app measures to about 5 mm reseller and QA teams use it at volume on that basis every day. When a result comes back off by a large margin, the cause is almost always in the capture itself: a garment that's partly folded or draped, a steep camera angle, or part of the garment out of frame. The LiDAR depth data the measurements depend on degrades quickly outside those conditions, which is why our in-app guides push the flat lay so hard.We'd genuinely like to look at your specific case. If you email support@sizeai.co, we can review what happened with that shirt, and troubleshoot the tag scanning too the scanner needs a stable internet connection to process labels, and we're shipping improvements to it in our next update. We reply within 24 hours.You clearly gave the app a fair shot, and we'd like the chance to turn this around before you move on.
