Đào tạo và chỉ đạo: Là trung tâm đào tạo nhân lực chuyên sâu, đồng thời chỉ đạo chuyên môn kỹ thuật cho các bệnh viện tuyến dưới trên toàn quốc. Hợp tác quốc tế: Mở rộng hợp tác với các tổ chức quốc tế để nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn và hội nhập.
