Awesome and functioning app

It provides accurate weekly reports. No issues. Does what it says it does. I get a lot of follow / unfollow weirdos on my account so it helps me navigate fake follows and deal with non sense easily without having to think too much about it. Also don’t have to worry about getting your account taken down as the app doesn’t make you login to instagram or is sketchy like these other ones that will get you flagged. I’m confused by some of the reviews, one says it shows people that didn’t unfollow as unfollowed. That’s not true at all. It has worked flawlessly. If someone deactivates their account it might show as an unfollow and when they reactivate they will show back up. Not a big deal and it makes sense. So imo ignore the silly reviews. App works just fine, some people are quick to get emotional and complain over nothing. Overall if you’re working on growing your account it’s helpful as well.

Frustrating Support, No Refund

I canceled my free trial on the same day it ended, but I was still charged for a subscription. I contacted the developer & Apple, and both refund requests were denied. This was an accidental charge!! the support process has been frustrating. Be careful if you try this app… the trial may auto renew even after cancellation.

Developer Response
Hi Viktorija,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be.To clarify how App Store subscriptions work: free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. This is Apple's standard subscription policy and is clearly stated during the signup process. Unfortunately, canceling on the same day the trial ends means the renewal has already been processed by Apple's system.Since all subscriptions and payments are managed entirely by Apple (not by us as developers), we unfortunately have no access to payment information or the ability to influence this process. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we're always here to help with any questions about the app itself.Best regards,The UnfollowCheck Team
