What's New in Version 2.5 Never Lose Your Data Again We've added a safety net for all your important information. When you delete an artwork, show, or sale, it now goes to Trash instead of being permanently removed. You have 30 days to restore anything you've deleted, giving you peace of mind and protection from accidental deletions. Access Trash from Settings to review and restore deleted items, or permanently remove them when you're ready. Assign Artwork to Multiple Shows Simultaneously Your artwork can now be assigned to multiple exhibitions at the same time. This is perfect for traveling shows, overlapping exhibition periods, or when you're submitting the same piece to multiple venues. Simply select an artwork and choose all the shows where it will appear. The app tracks each assignment separately and helps you manage complex exhibition schedules with ease. When assigning artwork, you'll see which shows it's currently assigned to and can add or remove assignments as needed. The app warns you about potential conflicts if show dates overlap, helping you avoid double-booking. Smarter Show Management The show picker has been completely redesigned to make managing artwork assignments clearer and more intuitive. You'll now see a "Currently Assigned Shows" section that displays where your artwork is already showing, along with an "Available Shows" list for new assignments. When you want to remove an artwork from a show, the app asks for confirmation to prevent accidental changes. For sold or reserved pieces, you'll be reminded that they can only be assigned for display purposes. A new "Remove from all shows" button makes it easy to quickly unassign artwork when needed. Automatic Data Protection Behind the scenes, the app now includes automatic data integrity checks that run when you launch. If any connections between your artworks and shows get disrupted, the app detects and repairs them automatically. This ensures your exhibition records stay accurate and complete, even after updates or synchronization across devices. Better Date Selection Experience All date entry fields now use a consistent, easy-to-use picker interface. Whether you're setting an artwork's creation date, marking when it sold, or recording a reservation period, the experience is the same throughout the app. This prevents accidental date changes and makes data entry faster and more reliable. Improved Delete Confirmations Delete confirmation messages now accurately reflect that items are moved to Trash with 30-day recovery, rather than stating deletions are permanent. You'll know exactly what's happening when you delete something and have confidence that you can undo the action if needed. Cross-Platform Reliability Version 2.5 works seamlessly across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
