- Representatives can now review the fields automatically mapped from a scanned badge and make corrections when needed before completing the lead capture. This helps ensure the information captured through optical scanning is accurate. - For form elements that are radio button, check box, dropdown, or consent types, Backstage users can now add a rule (visibility condition) that will determine whether or not the field will be displayed or not to the rep for them to fill-in. - Links to app content are now fully supported in text fields added to lead capture forms.

The new Onomi Field App is now available, bringing a fast, intuitive app experience for booth staff to capture and qualify interactions at conventions. Built as part of CongressIQ, the Field App is designed around the realities of working on a busy congress floor: conversations are short, connectivity can be unreliable, and every interaction counts. We have enabled a new Quick scan functionality to help reps keep up during high-volume periods. We have added a confirmation step to the user experience when doing optical scanning, for additional control.

- We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. - When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range. - Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app. When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

- The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection. This ensures uninterrupted lead capture in environments with limited connectivity. Any data collected offline will automatically sync once the device reconnects. - We’ve enhanced the filtering system for the event list displayed when launching the mobile app. Filters are now ordered as follows: Ongoing · Future · Past · Testing · All. Count badges have also been added to display the number of events in each category.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers. - With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.

- Updates made to support the “Prevent double bookings” functionality for sessions and meetings, when enabled. - Changes made so the User “Representation” metadata values are now shown when selecting users for meetings in the Appointments module, and so that fields set to “Read-only” in the Appointments module cannot be edited via the app, - Updates made to support AI-powered automatic field mapping for optical scanning (OCR) lead capture, when enabled using the Universal lead capture module. - Adjustments made to ensure that, when the “Custom icons color (header / menu)” option is enabled in the theme editor in Backstage, the colors selected there are applied to the “Header” and “Menu” icons in the app. - Changes made to ensure that the correct background color is fully applied to the profile header background in the app.

When enabled, app users can now use the public annotations functionality on PDF documents in order to add their comments and reply to comments from other users.
