Better, more faithful PDFs
• Fixed: on A4, A5 and custom page sizes the top of each page (including the Subject line) could be cut off.
• Emails now keep their original design (fonts, colors, layout) in preview and PDF.
• Forwarded emails attached inline are now included in the PDF.
• Emails that used to show "Error Processing Email" now convert normally.
International email
• Much better handling of accents and special characters in European email, including Outlook quotes, dashes and the € sign.
• Japanese, Korean and Cyrillic emails, subjects, sender names and attachment names now display correctly.
Privacy
• New "Block Remote Images" option stops tracking pixels from reporting that an email was opened.
• Email content can no longer run scripts; links in the preview open in your browser.
Reliability
• Emails with the same subject no longer overwrite each other when exported.
• Very long subjects no longer cause failed exports.
• Aborting an export now stops cleanly and never leaves a half-finished file marked as done.
• Faster, smoother UI with large mailboxes and during PDF merging.
• The window now fits 13" and 14" MacBook screens.
Legal Production Mode
• Combined exports now number Bates pages correctly across every merged file.
• Failed emails get a Bates-stamped placeholder page, so numbering has no gaps.
• Manifest dates in UTC, Excel-friendly CSV, relative file paths, and a clearer certificate.
• Confirm matter details before each production, clear them for a new case, and continue Bates numbering automatically into the next volume.
