This app is perfect for practicing languages with a native speaker. I can easily record our conversations and replay them to track both my progress and their pronunciation with the transcribed text and audio. The app design is simple and intuitive, no distracting buttons or complicated menus. It’s also great for meetings; I love that everything stays private and that it operates offline.

I have tried this app for three different doctors visits. The transcription worked well however, I have Cochlear implant and use a regular hearing aid on the other side. I have a microphone accessory that I can use to hear people. The app does not work with my hearing aid accessories. the hearing When the external microphone for my hearing aid accessory is turned on and then this app is activated it’s not good , the hearing accessory is cut out and I can’t hear anything. If you could fix this it would be great. Please let me know. I would be happy to get the app again.

I found it particularly useful for my foreign language study — playing audio in a language I'm learning and seeing it transcribed in real time gives me something concrete to read along with. A surprisingly handy listening aid to have around, especially when you come across something you just can't quite catch by ear.

Geode has been really helpful for interviews and longer voice notes. I like being able to use it even when I’m not connected, and I feel better knowing my recordings stay on my own device. It saves me time, and I also don’t have to stress about minute limits.
