shareshare（シェアーシェアー）は、グループでシフトをかんたんに作成・共有できるシフト管理アプリです。
スタッフが希望シフトを入力すると、すぐにみんなに共有されるから「希望が重なりすぎた！」といった調整も事前に解決できます。管理者は見やすい表形式の画面からシフトを入力・確定するだけ。希望シフトの入力からシフト作成・確定・共有までアプリひとつで完結します。
【shareshareの特徴】
・希望シフトはカレンダーからタップ入力 → リアルタイムで全員に共有
・希望が重なっても、スタッフ自身で調整できるから管理者の手間が軽減
・管理者は入力された希望を見ながら、見やすい表形式でシフトを作成
・シフトを確定すると全員のカレンダーに自動反映
・スタッフ同士でシフト状況を共有できるので、「誰がいつ働くか・休みか」が一目でわかる
・入力するシフトパターン（日勤、休み、有給など）を自由にカスタマイズ
・複数カレンダー対応（分院・複数店舗に対応可能）
・QRコードでメンバー招待がかんたん
従来の「紙やExcelで管理 → 管理者が集計 → スタッフへ一方的に共有」という一方向の仕組みを、shareshareはオープンで双方向のコミュニケーションに変えます。
